Chuck, I haven't e-mailed my support to you on this, only the week befor or so I faxed Paunch with a complete run down, Should I ask for everyone like me IF YOU GOT our figures with the Paunch info? I hope it was an orderly transition, Iafterall I gave you his phone number! Ha! Best to all, just being full here. I have two names of SH I have here who do not want to write - no S.I.ers and sold at a loss so they feel that THEY are NOT Share Holders, I told them about the possible warrant inclusion, and they are professionals who just want to MOVE ON to other new frontiers. There are many others like them in the big cities and small towns of the Americas. How do we get them counted, HOW? I ask how. I tried my best but it wasn't good enough. Sad.

P.S.- We could do a Goldman IPO or have them ( or Midas or Cap Guard buy 15% percent of the company each and be put on the BOD- that was done at this little Biotech and it worked- two months ago they caned the TOP GUN- and last month had to pay the Son of a gun a multi million dillution because he never put the PATANTS in the Company Name- HE HELD THEM IN HIS OWN NAME < I better shut up here; just be FORWARNED that their is more to this story at the BIOTECH and think abount my new word anonoly for these months and years now- NEWTECH> "Under all is the land" - we say in my speciality in Real estate!Let the buyer beware in hindsight-or is it my forsight working here-check back in a few months!:
