Shares for 12 cents ?
In the current bear market companies with dud properties sell at a 30% to 40% discount to cash. With $6.9 mil and 25 million shares out that would imply a value of 17 cents at a 30% discount. By this fall cash will have fallen and the final story looks to be written.
Up side they do find something resembling ore and the stock moves higher. How high in this market not very.
Downside, results continue to find little or nothing and cash is much lower. You can bet the tax loss selling will be intense this year in this stock. 12 cents looks very likely.
Still the play is interesting, I continue to watch from the sidelines.
