Greg,

They do not have to file for a floorless. Floorless is not an
SEC term. The filing said undeterminable numbers of shares.
It also said that the share were issued with a top of .024.
there were 80 million NEW shares issued. Now, for the sake of
saving zeros lets say I have the right to convert shares at .024
the present price is .014 that means that I can get twice nearly
twice as many shares for my converted shares. I sell those
shares, driving the price down even further. I convert more
shares and get twice as many again, over and over and over.
There are over 200 million shares outstanding. If I churn those
over and over and over and some hopeful little guy like us are
out there to buy them.......Have you seen any real rise in price
lately. Okay .016 to .026 once....they gave us that just to
keep the interest.

Get rid of the floorless, build some houses and earn some money
then you will see the price of the stock go up. Until this
happens we will sit below .03.

I like the potential as well as any here. I bought at .033 and
.026 and will hold until I have a nice profit, but ARET has
made the same mistake as many small co's. They financed with a
bunch of sharks along the way.
