There are rumors of DRAM price rises here (and elsewhere) but I'd like to see some real world evidence. All of the usual sources are showing 16Mb PC-100 still sliding down and 64Mb PC-100 up maybe 5 percent from its low.
Everything else is, of course, still in decline.
