I don't know how to respond David. I can't say that I know what your pain is like. I do know that I caused others much pain and suffering in my youth. I beg God that He will make me able to encourage my son Joseph (now 2 yrs. old) to avoid the folly of drugs, the self-deceit that many have succumbed to, when the time comes.
