As long as the price is below what Draco paid for them and the paper is used for collateral at a broker, why would any shares have to be issued at this point? The Debentures were not issued to Draco, I thought they were issued to Draco as well but if you read the news release it states through the EFFORTS of the Draco Group of Companies. Ikar Mineral Corp. announced it has raised $1 million USD in working capital through the efforts of the Draco Group of Companies why would any shares have to be issued at this point? I wish to refrain from speculating on the status of what shares if any were issued or even borrowed based on the paper for it would be pure speculation on my part........ all I know is that IKAR stock has been hammered at the bid with 5,000,2500,10,000 ect... lots at the bid and my opinion is that most of it was not shareholders selling... I will say it this way if in fact shares were borrowed (shorted...... naked or otherwise) they will have to be paid back at some time if IKAR is successful and for myself I have no doubts for the success of IKAR and the value of its property...........
