Well, if you want to buy a Camry from Toyota, Toyota will tell you if you want to buy a camry, you have to have camry's engine installed. I do not think Toyota will
sell you a Camry with FORD's engine installed.
For OS, no law defined that IE is not part of OS, so, if IE is part of OS, then what is wrong if you buy OS from Microsoft, IE will be tied together, since IE is part of OS.

Besides, the consumers have a choice to download whatever softwares they want from the NET, or buy additional softwares to integrate together with Microsoft's OS.

So, I really do not understand what you mean that " MS tried to not let the consumer decide by ...... ", can you please explain !!!!!!!!!!!!
