If they can make it sound bad, they do so. And it seems that most of it comes from Singapore. I don't understand why.

I know you are referring to the reporters here, but what does CREAF have to gain by having its stock price go up before it buys back its stock? Since they are "in it for the long run," would it not be beneficial for the company to have its stock at $10 (or less) in December when it is authorized to buy it back than to be at $20, when it gets half the number of shares for the same $$$?

Come to think of it, would this not also be beneficial, if not frustrating, for the stockholders too in the long run (i.e. for CREAF to buy back twice as many shares and to thus increase the EPS by reducing the denominator of the equation more)?

Personally I rarely think of the long run since I am an inveterate day trader but I got stuck with my CREAF shares at about $15 this time and did not unload them earlier.

Just a thought.
