Don, I hope this is the start fo the trend. Elaine Gazarelli was on Cavuto tonight and she mentioned how the small caps have been down as much 30,40 and 50% and she said she thought that was an indicator of a bottom for them.

Also if you notice all of a suddence all these down and out stocks that everyione should sell are now coming in favor. I don't know if it is time yet though. Ralph Accampura called for a drop down to a low of 7400. He just seemed to hvae turned bearish for just a couple of months. I also think we need a bigger drop in the DOW to really signal a switch in leaders, but hey, if that was it and we move up from here... I am all for it.
