TG, That is exactly the sentence I refer to. Perhaps I am not able to read english properly, but indeterminte amount of interest offered or sold...does NOT give a specific number or DOLLAR amount to be offered or sold...thus the number is wide open. Kind of like printing money is it not? I want to buy xyz co. so I write shares. I want to buy another co so I write shares Is there anywhere in the deals to buy the other co. that nails down how many shares we paid for the co. Nope...Under what conditions are those shares held? Nope. Can the other co. sell and at what prices? Nope. Information is the key here. Who is selling the stock at these prices? Who has so many shares that they could depress the price each time it trys to move up and why? All valid questions. Ken
