I think it has been translated and on Brooke's page maybe. No, I haven't use it in years. The scan was, I believe, the results of Rich Miller's work, it wasn't mine.It is good short term scan, but you are still left picking the exits. To test it, you nearly have to use a intraday chart for exits unless your stock selection is super.
