Michael,

I respectfully disagree, only because I am not 100% sure. Look at the live chart here:

quote.com

It shows the ~$35 trades and their after-hour times. When one comes in late. as you mention, it states as such. The trade at 17:01:14 of 5000 shares at 33 15/16 is marked "late" while the others aren't.

Also consider--- why would trades of 35+ have taken place before_the_market_closed at 4:00pm EDT when CPQ was trading about $34 at that time? Who would have been buying/selling at $35+ then? These trades were clearly after the regular NYSE trading ended at 4:00pm EDT.

PT Discount offers after hours trading. I am not sure of the exact details, but anyone with them can trade after hours BUT you pay 1/16 pt/share extra for the priveledge. Again, I would have to get more info first to verify this.

I am not trying to flame but rather to enlighten and maybe help. Can't wait for tomorrow <ggg>

Good Luck
TB

PS Anyone seen our buddy michael ????? <vbg>
