Find me a Dell machine that is noticably cheaper, and like the average consumer I couldn't give a rat's ass if a Dell machine has a 8.4 GB hard drive (compared to the 8.0 that I got that I'll never fill) or the like.>. What does this have to do with my post to you? My point was that you can not buy "on-line" from Compaq (or direct, for that matter)... that's all....I know they make a good machine at a good price..No doubts there...
