Dave and you just don't comprehend, what you read, very well.

<This is absurd to compare LU to IBM in the mid-80's -- IBM was not correcting, it was in free fall due to arrogance and mismanagement by a series of incompetent CEO's. There is absolutely no correlation to LU by any measure.>....< compare computer business of IBM with telecommunication business of LU, it is just make things funny. >

This is what I wrote......

<<True but tell that to IBM holders of the mid 80's as their stock soared above 175. If memory serves me correctly IBM "corrected" to 35 before retesting a decade old high.>>

I can't fathom how both of you could conclude that I was comparing IBM to LU in a true business sense. My only point being, that in the mid 80's IBM was the giant, if you will, and when their price dropped at first there where nuts out there thinking IBM couldn't possibly drop below 150 then 120...100...and so on. I don't care how badly they were managed, who would have thought IBM could have reached 35 before turning up?

Dave, how does one know a drop in price is a correction or a freefall until after the fact. So how is it so dang absurd or funny?

Given time and a lighter wallet, you will see absolute correlation!
