Hey Hewson, How is your take on homebuilders now. I do think it is a continuing good investment - And primarily dependant on US internal economy. Thus not volatile due to Asia and other international stuff. 95% of my portfolio are in such S&P and pennies that are not (or should not be) under impact from international matters. I do think that Homebuilders is a very important subject in that group. Therefore I think reviving this subject of yours is a good idea. (I have WHI and ARET in the group) Kind regards Jens
