Despite the bleakness of the picture, there does appear to be some support at $11.00..."

VICL closed at $11.00 and $11.125 since the post. A couple Spinning-Top candles (for two days) helped verify the short term stabilization we needed.

"...A quick snap-back to $12.60 would appear to be a possibility..."

It closed at $12.50 after reaching a peak of $12.75.

Not bad for someone who's been away for a month :o)
