I hadn't noticed this mention of a Reverse Public Offering before.... "Meatchem said he felt "uncomfortable" with his departure. But although his replacement was "still being worked out", he had no involvement in Zulu-Tek's current moves towards a reverse public offering in the US, through the NASDAQ-listed company, Enhanced Services." I wonder why, after he was out of the company, he mentioned the attempts toward a public offering? He wouldn't have anything to gain after leaving the company by saying this, so it must be factual. **Warning-I may be rationalizing again so be careful if you listen to me.
