<hate to report but LGND BOP is the worst i've seen in long time, down in the red with MS going down too. must be time to buy:> Please explain why "Balance of Power" calls this is a buy signal. Vol has been above avg, so the bop should be reliable. Calling this a buy signal from "Balance of Power" would appear to be contadictory. Would it be fair to say that if the bop gets back into the green that its time to sell? Please elaborate. There are many readers on this thread, and one may actually be using your indicator.
