08:35 ET Market Indication: S&P futures indicate a modest up open with the employment data helping a bit, but techs look pretty good. Lehman is positive on techs and semiconductors, and CPQ was upgraded by Goldman Sachs.

08:33 ET Employment Data: July non-farm payrolls +66,000, about in-line with expectations given downward revision to June, and average hourly earnings +0.2%, a bit weaker than expected. These data look modestly bullish for stocks.
