You could go to askresearch.com and adjust the BB until you get a better fit. Otherwise, what I see in CPQ is that it leads with the RSI. That is, everytime the RSI is above 50 CPQ will always move upwards. The upper BB tends to slope up real steep on rallies even as the lower BB is facing downwards. You may have to get a third element like the short interest to ascertain if CPQ is slowing or speeding up based on short interest.
