Joel- A very close friend of mine knows a lot about the Long Island company and told me the the Soros family placed a significant investment in that company. Soros hasn't publicized it and I can't get a confirmation from anybody at ICC, they're tight lipped about it. Since ICC appears from the CA website to get some good media attention, I was wondering if CA had any plans for ICC, perhaps a good basis for a significant release that can help CA stock. Apparently ICC is the first company out of the gate with a significant smart card health card product and it uses CA software as part of its program. I can't place my finger on anything significant but it looks like there may be some movement there.
