Regret - no basis to comment on arb. games. If they make a buck I wish them well.

With reg. approval out of the way - seems to me that in the main it is all down now to the 130 Institutions with 72.2% of ISLI's stock. Guess that's really been the position all along.

Not forgetting that MIFGY holders could also vote against - but I can't quite see this happening from the reports that I have read.

Will the 130 be happy with stock that is not 100% pure US? Will it still fit their portfolios? Are they happy to take a medium/long term view? What better can they achieve with a vote against?

My assumption is that ISLI Mgmnt took soundings and got tacit approval. Any comments??
