If the project is the one I'm thinking of, it is absolutely huge. There's a mega mall called Metrotown at the SkyTrain station. They are expanding Metrotown and want to rename it Metropolis. (groan). Anyway, the project I think you are talking about is next door to Metrotown and is extremely large. It's like a mile from here. On the bad side, construction is pretty slow here. BC is in a bit of a mini recession. Ciao suggested the fall could have been someone caught on a margin call on a bigger stock. That makes sense. It'll be interesting to see the results. You probably aren't unlucky. Most of the value stocks seem to be getting pummelled.
