RE: CADE Doug, What is your take on the CADE Shareholder Rights Plan? For the Rights to have any value a take over offer would have to be for more than $15.00? If so, isn't $15.00 a high price for a stock trading under $3.00. I don't believe this Shareholder Rights Plan would deter a hostile take over of CADE in the near-term. If my thinking is going down the wrong track, could someone help me on to the right track. AL
