I think QTNT is poised to go up. Feeding stock? That is very lame as the volume is so small I cannot see that. I feel that shorters may have knocked it down and the pressure to cover, therefore ut's, is increasing.

Also, have you noticed BISH pops in every so often and offers shares for sell inbetween Bid/Ask? Those shares are the ones that should be looked at closely, imo.
