I don't know if any of you are still watching this thread, but thought you might be interested to know, if you don't already, that Dil has another company in the Gemstone industry on the VSE as well. It is called Cachet (CED.VSE) and has just completed a deal for a tourmaline property. Company has 2.2 million shares out, just an initial opinion, but if these guys were really trying to do something to enhance shareholder value, I would think that there should really only be one company and that they should be focussed on making that one company truly work before they start spinning projects off to others. Especially since the 2 are basically in the same business.

I have NOT looked into the reasons behind the 2 separate entities and must admit that there are potentially reasons for both to exist. If that is the case then Dil would be required to attempt to add value for both sets of shareholders and we would have our answer, but it does warrant asking the question.
