Breaking news . . . IDX/Morpho Texas welfare project goes statewide. . . . According to Image Update of August 1998, the Sagem Morpho pilot that uses fingerprint verification to eliminate Texas welfare fraud is being expanded from its two-county pilot (and 11 state offices) to a full-state system, with 379 offices. Installation is beginning this summer and may be done as soon as August 1999. IDX announced it was providing Touchviews for this pilot in a September 1996 press. Sounds like we will see almost all the revenues in FY99. Question to Buck, and others: what do Touchviews sell for? Sounds like we're seeing a sale of at least 368 of them here, maybe more.
