I am a recent buyer of CAPR, based on technical indicators. I am in at $1.625 and will probably buy more on dips. I have not seen it mentioned in this thread so far, but you should check out the SC 13D submissions on the EDGAR site. Since mid May, Albert Investment Associates has bought about 350,000 shares of CAPR. They must know something... The next quarterly report is due out around 15 August. I am anticipating a good quarter, and a nice price jump. jim
