I knew they backed out, figured it was a negotiation ploy. They have much other business to think about in Canadian Govt, so perhaps that is all there is to the story. Still, seems to me that after all the effort, time and expense, they would find a way through to making the deal work.

Re Foremost, not a surprise to me and certainly an outcome they had been fighting for. I would also expect Watermark to change, but perhaps it won't. Any ideas where Action fits in? Is that their full blown product or simple document routing?
