Pravin, Phone tapping and telephone recording is a way of life especially in Washington. Dig a little deeper and forget about partisan politics and you will find the problems are much deeper. Basically we have an overcomplicated judicial system that requires more and more complex ways of enforcement and is increasingly hard to interpret. Lawyers don't have a problem because thats what they are trained to do. Maybe some good will come out Starrs investigation...in the mean time the rest of the world laughs at out litigeous system.
