Here is our latest news release. --------------------------------------- Date: August 5, 1998 Trading Symbol OTC BB : RYBO ROYCE BIOMEDICAL INC. -- Presidents Agenda Mr. Gregory Sharpe, the President of Royce Biomedical is pleased to release the following statement outlining his immediate strategy for the company. Royce Biomedical is in the process of relocating the lab and production facility from Irvine, California to our newly acquired premises in Richmond, British Columbia. This will allow the company to reduce operational costs, control production systems, and effectively meet delivery deadlines. The production of test kits will resume prior to October 15, 1998. Royce has an excellent product line that has captured the interest of several new buyers and distributors. Formal agreements are being put in place with experienced distributors. A first phase sales focus will be the People's Republic of China where we will take advantage of the tremendous market potential, the excellent platform already created by Royce, and agreements with new distributors and government agencies.
