When this stock makes a significant move to the upside on no news, then I will know that the forgiveness has begun. If a few large funds decide to take a significant stake in Vivus (its not like there has not been a significant amount of time to accumulate shares in single digits) then we may see the type of whipsaw moves seen in 1997. Until then expect the same ole same ole ie low volume days with very little intraday movement. Hey, whatever happened to the meeting with Fidelity?
