Jean . . . no, that's a California story . . . still.

However, you did beat me on the headline, and I realized a little while after posting that the "breaking news" came up on July 23.

I haven't seen anything that indicates that Identix has lost this deal. They certainly had the pilot.

And there's another interesting point here. If the pilot was worth a press release, why doesn't the entire contract get some play? It's kind of a slow news month, anyway.
