My understanding was that there is only one partner, and it seems logical that after all this time, it has been narrowed down to one. I understand that there were more in the past, but hopefully we're down to final negotiations. Probably there was just one company interested in buying the whole company and this very well may be the one that offers the best deal for the partnership as well. MMurphy "got lucky" and was on the same plane as the president of ISV and said that the pres. was very encouraging, bigger deal than supposed, blah, blah, blah. However the consultant's report didn't sound as upbeat. I'll update the board after the Friday hotline, although most of you are probably subscribers anyway. Awashonks
