If this is the Charlie Maxwell I'm familiar with, this is the same guy who was/still is(?) a bull on COPY - the company, which, in its decade plus corporate existence, has never earned a penny, much less booked a single dollar in revs (these facts to the best of my recollection, but I believe they are accurate). If anyone wants to be amused, take a look at Copytele (a thread is on SI); the company is stupefying, to say the least!
