TSQD made Briefing.com's InPlay section! 13:05 ET Tech Squared Inc (TSQD) 5 5/16 +5/16: Direct marketer and distributor of computer hardware and software holds a 3.2 mln share position in software database/delivery company, Digital River Inc (DRIV). Digital River's IPO is scheduled for next week (probably) and is expected to price between $10 and $12. BT Alex. Brown leading the offering. TSQD is a bulletin board stock and has 10.55 mln shares outstanding. Michael Bendner
