Sonki, why dont you continue with the newsbrief regarding MSFT's filing for a summary judgement. After the judge snikkered and told the MSFT lawyers that it highly unlikely MSFT's filing will be successful, the judge will at least hear it. So your news was clipped just enough to hear the Hyping part. Face up to the fact that MSFT and the DOJ will have their day in court! And it wont be good for MSFT. Toy
