Jon, Please explain what happened when employees of Web Street hung up on her, failed to call back as they had promised, and why this whole issue took so long to get resolved. You cannot gloss over these issues by accusing her of a "vendetta". If it had been resolved politely and quickly, there would have been no need for a "vendetta". I will certainly not let you BUY my patronage. Nice try. I'm not for sale... An interested observer of this whole dispute... Dave
