Ari,
I am looking at the US charts.TVX is breaking down.PDG is on the verge of breaking down.They have potential spread bottoms or support zones.Back to the Canadian,I stand corrected,rates have not been raised yet.Bank of Canada was in for five hundred million in intervention.
What facinates me is the speed at which any government is taking action.I heard how the huge tax cuts in Japan may only come into effect next year.
