Haven't been paying attention to them all day. Just snooped around while the sell programs were running and noticed they were sitting relatively still compared to the big ones. I just now looked at MUEI and they are trading 1000-7500 blocks right now so it could be either one since it is low priced. Doesn't make sense to me though since if the institutions wanted it, they could have been buyers at 10 a couple weeks ago.
