Mike, you had previously said that you like oil and oil service and I was wondering how you are playing it...Long stock, long calls, short puts and also if you are buying calls, how far out would you go.

Another question. If I set up a 90-10 program for buying calls and the calls were in a taxable account while the cash was tax-deferred, would it be reasonable to change the ratio to say, 85-15, since any losses on the calls would be deductible and limit losses to around 12% ?

Thanks,
John
