I am really getting sick of seeing that ridiculous house. Someone must be desperate to sell it. Looks like an albatross to me. Can you imagine the maintenance costs and the property taxes? Especially the tennis court. If a boat is a hole in the water surrounded by wood into which you throw money, then a tennis court is an annuity for the guy who has to resurface it and redo it every year. Every time I see a private tennis court, I know that the owner is paying for the college tuition of children besides his own. Ditto for the outdoor kitchen and pool? I had one of these houses-What a way to destroy wealth creation in your personal estate!
