Mr. Investor: My favorite stock is still IBM, but on the short side. I just love these puts. Playing with IBM's puts is the safest bet at this time of the year. VIAS is a turkey. I agree. It may fly a few feet. I disagree. I believe this distance will be measured in miles, not feet. It is true that this turkey intends to buy another data mining turkey. This adds to its speculative value and prolongs this distance. But it will take a long long time before John Dough the public realizes that this data mining outfit is another real turkey. Timing, my friend, is everything. Maybe after year 2000, we could have a gigantic turkey feast. Happy trading. Respectfully yours, Q3
