Have to disagree with you on this one (to the down side)... look at PNCL. It been languishing at .20 range for some time now. Parallels are interesting also - cut work force to skeleton staff, etc. Amazing that it even trades anymore. Course even IDID still trades between .005 and .015 on the pink sheets...

With the continuing red ink and less and less ability to cover losses by issuing stock (how much can you raise even at .50?) - options are limited to a buyout - or maybe a reverse split to maintain NASDAQ listing requirements.

I'd steer clear above .20 - even BICO seems to have "stabilized at that point with about 200mil shares out.
