I'am thinking of acquiring shares in the company, as of yet I have none. Having run a high-tech consulting firm I'am familiar with the name from my trips up to Ottawa, It simply bounced on my screen on Metastock having met certain criteria in my screening filters. I have some contacts up there that work for Nortel and Systemhouse so I'll probably try and get more of a bead from them. I'am still waiting for their investor package and I'm going to go over their financial statements this weekend which I got from the sedar site. I've done some preliminary ratios etc. on this and based on an admitted superficial glance, it seems there is little downside risk based on their FY earnings for this year, hence the low PE. What was the basis for the forgiving of the loan they owed? Is there warrants involved?
