This company has BIG BIG PROBLEMS it seems. I ordered $800 worth of computer equip on Monday for overnight shipment and it still hasn't been shipped even after chewing everyones ass out that I could get ahold of. All the customer service people are frustrated since their new computer software doesn't seem to work. They don't know what has been shipped or when. No control. Nobody has any authority to make it right, either. Worse than dealing with the Federal Bureaucracy. If you own this baby be careful. I bet they are going to lose a lot of business as a result. I am going to order from Shopping.com, which is has a better price anyway. Doug
