Jack, Your right, I have learned a valuable lesson. But I feel that I did a tremendous amount of due diligence on this company. Both Kerry and I even had a third party go on site and get validation to some of NVID's claims. I have stayed in constant contact with the company.

I'm not acting like "boy who lost his bat and ball" I taking a sideline stance, till I can get validation to all claims and or allegations.

There is an old saying that is the credence of the street, "when in doubt, get out" and that is what I have chosen to do. Not because I believe in one side or the other, but only because I feel it is better to be safe than sorry.

If the company can refute these charges, then they need to step up to the plate. The ball (apparently the one I lost) is in their court. If they have proof positive evidence to substantiate their claims, no times better than the present. I sincerely hope that they do, not only for their sake, but for all the those that have invested in them.

This is not a case of switch hitting, this is a case of "it doesn't take a brick wall to fall on me". Mr. Allen levied some strong claims against them. I do not however feel that all claims are relevent to the outcome of the companies success or failure, but certainly has raised many concerns that only add to the existing and growing skeptism that already existed.

I could care less about personal bankruptcies, or even a drug conviction in someones youth. Look at Paul Mitchell hair products, he was a convicted felon but runs a highly successful company. What I am concerned about are the reported 43 million shares, who got them, and what is there status. Validation of Aqua Bio sales, and audited account of the books, names of universities, labs, vets, letters of intent, etc.

I want facts from both sides, not lip service.

Keep in mind one little item when dealing with this stock, it could get halted. If some of these charges are true, like the letter from the state of Delaware declaring the company inoperative and void. I don't know what to believe, even when official looking letters are in front of me.

I am considering all sides, including motives. But since I am not an official investigator, I think the matter will be settled by the officials, especially if some hard facts do not come forth immediately.

I believe that everyone has the right be judged fairly, that is why I am going to step back and let the story unfold, either way. IF your not on the railroad track, then you can't get hit by the train.

My bats at rest.
