Well, What gives you the impression there will be audited numbers?? I also do not believe the companies financials that they have put out. Spencer hasn't answered one of my e-mail since april, why should I believe anything he puts out?? If and when they do have audited financials I would be very interested in seeing them, but I don't think they will. JMO........Marie
