I know you asked Zeev but, if you don't mind I will throw in 2 cents. IMO there is only one way you would see a good return on APM and that would be if they were bought out. There have been some rumors floating around that Samsung has rekindled an interest in the company but I now suspect that the rumor lacks merit. Samsung is a hamstrung Korean chaebol with sparse cash to go on a spending spree such as they did 3 years ago. APM's problem is systemic. They failed to convert to MR soon enough and are now playing catch up in a very unforgiving market. I just don't think a recovery is in the cards for this one. As always, you should do your own research and all the above is my humble opinion only.
