Auric, you fail to take into account the number of options that Mr. Greenwell owns. I believe it's 60,000. Yeah they're out of the money, but it gives him that much more of an incentive to make this company work. As far as having a limited stake in owned shares, perhaps at his youthful age and relatively small income for a CFO he is unable to afford more. Do you know his personal financial information? Perhaps you could share it with us. Anyway, if I held 60,000 options in a company I worked for I doubt I'd be loading up on that stock. Investing 101 tells you not to buy too much stock in the company you work for.

Also would be interested in your source about Zsolt holding a gun to these guys' heads.
